Carbon nanotubes (CNTS) are a new type of one-dimensional nanomaterial with carbon structure, which can be visually regarded as a seamless nanoscale cylinder made of one or more layers of graphite sheets crimped with a certain helicity. The"carbon caps"at both ends are closed by five-membered rings and six-membered rings.According to the number of graphite layers, carbon nanotubes can be roughly divided into single-walled carbon nanotubes and multi-walled carbon nanotubes.Carbon nanotubes have unique tubular structure and excellent mechanical, electrical, optical, thermal and other properties, and are widely used in aviation, aerospace, electronics, communication, chemical, biology, medicine and other fields. However, because carbon nanotubes are easily agglomerated, almost insoluble in any organic solvent, and have poor wettability with other substances, they cannot be uniformly dispersed in solution or composite materials, which severely limits their application in various fields. Therefore,it is necessary to functionalize carbon nanotubes to expand their application in composite materials.
At present, the factory can produce nano level,sub-micron level, micron level and other different particle size products.Products that have been industrialised can be supplied at tonnage level and can accept other granularity customization from customers. There are multi-walled carbon nanotubes,single-walled carbon nanotubes and carbon nanotube dispersions according to their microscopic morphology. The packing specifications can be customized according to the customer's feeding quantity.
