(1)Tantalum carbide plays an important role in hard alloy. It improves the properties of the alloy by improving the fiber structure and phase transformation dynamics,which makes the alloy have higher strength,phase stability and processing deformation ability;
(2)Due to its chemical stability,high hardness,strong oxidation and corrosion resistance,low resistance coefficient and many other advantages can be used in the electronics industry;
(3)Tantalum carbide can maintain certain mechanical properties in the temperature range of 2900℃ to 3200℃,but its disadvantage is that it is very sensitive to thermal shock,low thermal conductivity and high thermal expansion coefficient of carbide,become the biggest obstacle in the application of aerospace materials.Tantalum carbide added into carbon/carbon composites will have higher thermal conductivity and lower thermal expansion conditions, give play to the oxidation resistance and ablative resistance of refractory metals,and be used to make superalloys.
Tantalum carbide is one of a variety of ultra-high temperature ceramic powders independently produced by Forsman Dezhou Plant,and tantalum and hafnium carbide are also produced.At present,the factory can produce nano level,sub-micron level,micron level and other different particle size products.Other granularity customization is acceptable.The packaging can be customized according to the customer's feeding quantity.
