Two-dimensional transition metal boride Mbenes is a new branch of MXenes, a new two-dimensional material system. The general expression formula of MXenes is M(n+1)XnTx, the transition metal M of n+1 layer and the X element (carbon, nitrogen or phosphorus) of n layer are alternately arranged, and t represents the functional group bonded to the surface of m atomic layer. In recent years, the element X has been expanded from carbon or nitrogen to boron, and it is named MBenes. MXenes has attracted wide attention of researchers because of its great application potential in ion batteries, hybrid electrochemical capacitors, catalysts, spintronics and flexible devices. MBenes are similar in nature to MXenes, and are also expected to be applied in these fields. Recently, the X element in MXenes has been extended to boron element, and this series of materials is named MBenes.

 

Use of aluminum molybdenum boride powder

Aluminum-molybdenum boride powder is a kind of excellent high-temperature ceramic material with ternary layered structure. Traditional ceramics are limited by its brittleness, fragility, low impact resistance and difficult processing, and it is difficult to be widely used. However, aluminum-molybdenum boride powder ceramic just makes up for this vacancy. It combines the properties of ceramics and metals, including good electrical conductivity, high thermal conductivity, machinability, thermal shock resistance, high-temperature plasticity and high-temperature strength of metals.

It can produce products with different particle sizes, such as nano-scale, submicron-scale, micron-scale, etc. The products that have been industrialized are 5 μm, -200 mesh, and - 325 mesh, all of which can be provided at tonnage level. The production process can also be adjusted according to the demand to control the particle size and distribution width of MAX phase, and the particle size can be customized by customers. The standard packaging specifications are 2 kg and 25 kg, and the packaging specifications can be customized according to the customer's feeding quantity.
