Product use

The hiding power of zinc oxide is half that of titanium dioxide and zinc sulfide. The coloring power is twice as strong as that of basic lead carbonate. Zinc oxide is commonly known as zinc white. Its advantage is that it does not turn black when it encounters H₂S gas, because ZnS is also white. When heating, ZnO gradually changes from white and light yellow to lemon yellow, and when it cools, the yellow fades. Make use of this property, mix it with paint or add it to the thermometer to make a discoloration paint or thermometer. Because ZnO has convergence and certain bactericidal ability, it is commonly used in medicine to make ointment, and ZnO can also be used as a catalyst.

（1）Zinc oxide is used in rubber or cable industry as a reinforcing agent and active agent, as a colorant and filler for white rubber, and as a curing agent in neoprene；

（2）Used as white pigment, rubber vulcanizing active agent, organic synthesis catalyst, desulphurizer, xerographic printing, pharmaceutical, etc；

（3）It is used for deep desulphurization and purification of industrial raw materials such as ammonia, methanol and hydrogen production；

（4）Used in plastic industry, sunscreen cosmetics products, special ceramic products, special functional coatings and textile sanitary processing, etc；

Product advantage
