Product use

Germanium dioxide is a kind of inorganic compound. Germanium has good semiconductor properties, such as electron mobility, hole mobility and so on. Germanium does not work with carbon, so it melts in a graphite crucible and will not be contaminated by carbon. Germanium dioxide can be prepared by hydrolysis of germanium tetrachloride.
1)Used to make metal germanium, also used as spectral analysis and semiconductor materials;

2)It can be used as a catalyst for conversion, dehydrogenation, gasoline fraction adjustment, color film and polyester fiber production during petroleum refining;

3)Used for preparing raw materials such as germanium ingot, organic germanium, bismuth germanate crystal, catalyst, germanium tetrachloride crystal and compound crystal, phosphor and germanium glass for optical fiber;

4)Germanium dioxide is also a catalyst for polymerization. The glass containing germanium dioxide has high refractive index and dispersion properties and can be used as a wide-angle camera and microscope lens;




Product advantage
