Product description


Bismuth oxide is a kind of inorganic compound. The pure products are α type, β type and δ type. α type is yellow monoclinic crystal system, relative density is 8.9, melting point is 825℃, soluble in acid, β type is bright yellow to orange, square crystal system, relative density 8.55, melting point 860℃. It is easy to be reduced to metal bismuth by hydrogen and hydrocarbons, etc. δ-Bi2O3 is a special material with cubic fluorite structure, and the oxygen ion position of 1 max 4 in its lattice is vacant, so it has very high oxygen ion conductivity.
(1)Bismuth oxide is mainly used in electronic ceramic powder materials, electrolyte materials, optoelectronic materials, high temperature superconducting materials and catalysts


2)Bismuth oxide is an important additive in electronic ceramic powder materials, and its purity is generally more than 99.15%. The main applications are zinc oxide varistors, ceramic capacitors and ferrite magnetic materials

3)The catalysts in the petrochemical industry make use of the characteristics of large specific surface area, high activity and good selectivity to greatly improve the catalytic activity, effectively reduce the production cost, and related passivators and auxiliaries

4)High performance bismuth silicate single crystal, bismuth based high temperature superconducting materials, high quality optical glass, optical fiber, fireworks, new oxidation sensing materials, fuel cell electrolytes, rechargeable alkaline zinc manganese battery, flame retardant, clarifier, etc

5)The shadow mask coating material of color picture tube can effectively prevent the shadow mask from rising, and the components of automobile topcoat can replace toxic metal to realize green environmental protection




Product advantage
