(1)In the field of optoelectronics in 2016,Karteri et al. studied the organic thin film transistor with SiO2/Graphene oxide double insulation layer and its optical response characteristic devices.The addition of Graphene oxide not only increased the type and thickness of the insulation layer,but also enhanced the characteristics of the transistor.
(2)Solar cells using graphene oxide instead of PEDOT:PSS as hole transport layer of polymer solar cells,get close to the photoelectric conversion efficiency (PCE),studied the different thickness of graphene oxide layer on the influence of the PCE polymer solar cells,found that graphene oxide film thickness of 2 nm,the device,photoelectric conversion efficiency is highest.
(3)Flexible sensors are easy to modify because Graphene oxide contains many hydrophilic functional groups.In addition,it has large specific surface area,good dispersion and good humidity sensitivity,which makes it an ideal sensor material,especially in the field of flexible sensor has a wide range of applications.
(4)Biological graphene oxide,with its unique mechanical,electronic and optical properties,has played a huge role in biotechnology,biomedical engineering,nanomedical,tumor therapy,tissue engineering,drug release, bioimaging and biomolecular sensing.Compared with other spherical or planar nanomaterials,Graphene oxide has large specific surface area,high strength,easy modification and good biocompatibility.Parameters such as the size,surface charge,number of layers,transverse size and surface chemistry of Graphene oxide and its derivatives all have corresponding effects on biological systems.Therefore, the biosafety of Graphene oxide has limited its clinical application.Their cytotoxicity,in vivo toxicity, genotoxicity and bioaccumulation in some organs (such as lung and liver) need further study.With the development of materials science,we will definitely use materials with low toxicity and better biocompatibility to modify Graphene oxide,so as to prepare stable properties,clear structure,safe and non-toxic Graphene oxide,so that it can be used as a safe and effective medical material into a broader clinical research.
